03. TO ALL HIGHWAY DRIVERS

We at Cooney's Farm Services Ltd. are deeply committed to accident prevention, whether vehicular, personal or environmental.

Accidents can result in significant economic losses to our company to say nothing of the potential suffering and grief experienced by the victims of accidents and their loved ones.

We must do everything possible to reduce to an absolute minimum, traffic accidents and all other employee on-the-job accidents or injuries.

I have charged our management with the responsibility of putting into place and supervising our safety and accident prevention program.

We ask for the co-operation and support of each highway driver as you apply the contents of this manual to your daily duties. Each of us must take our personal responsibility for safety and accident prevention.

All suggestions and recommendations for improving our accident prevention program are welcome and should be submitted to our general manager or his designate.

I wholeheartedly endorse our accident prevention control program and expect your sincere co-operation.
